The training I offer within companies is a combination of using my own creative process, the experience of leading art based training in the public sector combined with writing and delivering CPD training for the Creative Industries Sector.

As a past Committee Member of Arts & Business, East Midlands Advisory Board and Committee member of The Princes Trust, East Midlands Creative Industries Advisory Board I believe  the benefits for using Art within companies and organisations are:

• Enhance the performance of its personnel who do not respond well to generic training
• Breaks down barriers and communication issues as individuals experience an alternative way to communicate
• Increase the level of creative thought and process to find more effective solutions
• Promote self expression to increase confidence enabling an individual to take the initiative
