Organisations

The training I offer within companies is a combination of using my own creative process, the experience of leading art based training in the public sector combined with writing and delivering CPD training for the Creative Industries Sector.

As a past Committee Member of Arts & Business, East Midlands Advisory Board and Committee member of The Princes Trust, East Midlands Creative Industries Advisory Board I believeĀ  the benefits for using Art within companies and organisations are:

  • Enhance the performance of its personnel who do not respond well to generic training
  • Breaks down barriers and communication issues as individuals experience an alternative way to communicate
  • Increase the level of creative thought and process to find more effective solutions
  • Promote self expression to increase confidence enabling an individual to take the initiative
  • Illustrate a open supportive attitude to personal development of an employee to improve staff retention

My bespoke training service will lead to one or more of the following developments:

  • Enhancement of existing skills base
  • Empowerment through identifying key areas for improvement
  • Transformation through experimentation and the use of the creative process

My training programmes offer an alternative visual and sensory way to learn and communicate compared to generic programmes whose objectives are only met orally:

I can offer to :

  • Devise and deliver change management and leadership workshops and activities
  • Devise and deliver projects and training for government agencies and local development initiatives
  • Enhance existing in-house training programmes.

If you would like to discuss how I could enhance a current training programme, create a bespoke training programme to meet specific objectives, please contact me to arrange a meeting.
