“This course was something like I have never experienced before, it made you look at change through a totally different perspective and was solely around the way that we felt as individuals, rather than thinking about the impact on the staff. It was held under a really informal fun environment where you did not have to worry about the work that you where producing would be laughed at. The layout resources and delivery of the training was excellent. It made us feel positive about what our next steps would be and also about looking to the future and what our goals would be and when we wanted to achieve them by. Everyone was encouraged to share ideas and we were also encouraged to talk through each of our assignments and what they meant to us."

Daxa delivered a series of dynamic sessions, with activities that included clay modelling, collage making, dance and role-playing – she made sure everyone involved was included in the session.
