The delicate graphite drawings begin to melt away as they merge with the strength of the vibrant orange 0’s. Connecting to ourselves is all about merging and letting go. Maybe this piece will help you to let go and discover another part of yourself.
These paintings are built up with layers of soft pastel,oil pastel, archival brush pens, acrylic inks, graphite, charcoal pencils and acrylic paint. Some also include tissue paper and tracing paper. Created on wooden board that has been prepared by me to paint on. The paintings are completed by a layer of UV varnish and have a clean and contemporary finish and are ready to hang. This piece has an extra deep side of 6 cm.
