SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs for all artworks will be invoiced separately. For a quotation for shipment to you please email daxa(at)daxaparmar.com with details of your postal code, city and country. Once an order is placed and shipping has been agreed, artwork within Europe will arrive within 5 working days of agreed shipping. International delivery within 10 working days. Express delivery is also available.

I use FedEx and UPS for delivery.

I take great in packaging artwork and use the best packaging available.
As all my artwork on canvas is textured it is non-removable from the stretcher bars and will be packaged sandwiched in a sturdy box.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

I hope that you will be happy with the choice of purchasing one of my pieces of artwork once you receive it. I take extra care in packaging your item, however in the rare times when damage occurs in transit please follow the procedure below.
I accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your artwork. If more than 7 days have passed since you apply for a refund or exchange you will not be eligible for one.

Commissioned Artwork

All sales for commissioned artwork is final and non-refundable. The commissioning process is a collaboration and all stages of artwork and final artwork is approved before shipping. The artwork is bespoke and created to reflect a Collectors requirements. If an artwork has been damaged during transit please follow the, ‘Damaged Artwork’ procedure.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email me in the first instance: daxa(at)daxaparmar.com and include the following information:

  • Your name
  • The title of the artwork
  • The date of purchase
  • The date you received the artwork
  • The purchase price (please include a screenshot or photo of the receipt/invoice if applicable)
  • The reason for requesting a return

Shipping returns

Artwork must be returned without being used and in the same condition it arrived. Please return the artwork
in the original packaging to:

Refunds

Shipping costs will have to be paid for by you and these are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original purchase price.
Please consider taking out additional insurance for items over €200 as I am unable to guarantee the receipt of the artwork.
Once the artwork has been received and checked a credit will be processed into your bank account or credit.

Damaged Artwork

If the artwork has arrived damaged, please include a photo of the damage within 3 days of you receiving the artwork. All return shipping costs will be covered by Daxa Parmar.

Exchanges

Exchange of artwork is only applicable for damaged items. Please see, Damaged Artwork section.

Sale items

Artworks purchase whilst on sale are non-refundable.

Variations of Photography of Artwork

I do my very best to ensure that the photography of the artwork is as close to the real thing. However images of the artwork on the website will vary from screen to screen based on a screen’s resolution and colour settings. The images are only an indication of what the artwork looks like as they cannot represent the extent of the handmade quality, colour and detail of the work of both artwork for sale and commissioned artwork.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

The artist, Daxa Parmar reserves the right to create printed reproductions of commissioned works and her original works for sale.
Copyright therefore of all artworks and prints are fully retained by the artist. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is in violation of European law.

Copyright is not transferred by purchase of an original artwork or print.
